HTIA Joins SEP Policy Letter to Biden-Harris Administration

The High Tech Inventors Alliance along with ACT | The App Association, the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA), the Fair Standards Alliance (FSA), Public Knowledge, and the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) sent a letter in January urging the Biden-Harris Administration to ensure American innovators can access emerging technologies like 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence by supporting policies that promote a fair and balanced framework to license Standard-Essential Patents (SEPs).
